• Two wash chambers capable of running simultaneous or independent cycles, expanding the capacity of the dishwasher by 50% without increasing the footprint compared to a standard Hood-Type
• Automatic program start for the hood operation
• Wash systems made of stainless steel. In the upper level, there are rotating wash and rinse arms, in the lower level the upper washing system is fixed and the lower one is rotating
• Fully enclosed 4-sided insulated hood – eliminates the need for a ventilation canopy, saves energy, eliminates operator risk.
• ‘Intensiv’ unique three stage washing process incorporating Genius X² active filter system providing pre-wash, wash & rinsing functions!
• Combi-filter with interlock prevents use of the machine if filters are not in place
• ‘Visiotronic touch’ control, with a colour screen with important information displayed as text or symbols for ease of use plus cycle countdown, low salt & chemical warning and on demand temperature indication.
• Intelligent Soil Sensing optimises water usage depending on soil levels in the wash water
• Hygiene Cycle actively removes tannin, starch and lime deposits from the wash tank, leaves the chamber clean machine with a fresh smell!
• USB Interface allows operational data (HACCP) to be downloaded in a report format
